Details. Lemongrass is an aromatic, perennial herbaceous plant similar to sorghum, native to India. In Chinese medicine it is widely used in the treatment of rheumatic pains, lumbago, mild sprains and arthritis. With its typical and unmistakable citrus scent, its long green ribbon-shaped leaves embellish and colour summer drinks... and just looking at them makes your eyes fill with curiosity and freshness! Already widely used in Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, their aroma is now pleasantly contaminating more and more of our Mediterranean recipes!

How to use. USE AS AN AROMA: > in the diffuser: 4 drops of essential oil in the diffuser up to 3-4 times a day. OTHER TRADITIONAL USES: > massage: add 20 drops (2%) to every 50ml of vegetable oil. Combined with Aloe oleolite, it is excellent for preventing insect bites. SPECIFIC WARNINGS: Before proceeding with external and internal use, we recommend always checking for a possible allergy to Citronella, by placing a drop on the wrist and observing reactions that within a few minutes could show incompatibility, with redness, pimples and itching. GENERAL WARNINGS: If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children. FLAMMABLE: keep away from heat sources and store in a cool place.
